MUMBAI, India, Aug. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202421011174 A) filed by Soupherb Nutrition Private Limited, Maharashtra, on Feb. 17, 2024, for 'nutritious holistic polyherbal anti-senescence neanimorphic ayurvedic soup to help ageing population.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Sonam Chaturvedi; Ranjeet Chaturvedi; Dr. Sandeep Chavan; and Dr. Meenu Agarwal.
The application for the patent was published on Aug. 22, under issue no. 34/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A nutritious holistic polyherbal anti-senescence neanimorphic ayurvedic soup to help ageing population is disclosed. The soup composition comprises grains, pulses and/or legumes, vegetables, tempering ingredients, garnishing ingredients, and an herbal composition. The Ayurvedic soup with a healthy ageing centric formulation offers a unique and innovative way to promote positive health and wellness. The soup also addresses the challenge of incorporating medicinal herbs in the diet in a safe and effective manner, while also ensuring that the soup is appealing to the palate. By combining nutritious and delicious ingredients with medicinal herbs, the soup helps the ageing population cope with Senescence or the gradual deterioration of functional health and achieve the goal of being neanimorphic or appearing lesser than one's biological age."
