MUMBAI, India, Nov. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641032593 A) filed by Mr. Chandra Sekhar Gupta Boggarapu on March 18, 2026, for “a Conventional Hybrid Rooftop Solar-Wind Turbine System”.
Inventor includes Mr. Chandra Sekhar Gupta Boggarapu.
The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.
Abstract: “A CONVENTIONAL HYBRID ROOFTOP SOLAR-WIND TURBINE SYSTEM” combining solar and wind-turbine power generation which allows for optimal electricity production. It features a conical wind turbine design, open at both ends, with a larger inlet and a narrower outlet. Inside, evenly distributed aerodynamically engineered rotors effectively capture accelerated airflow, causing simultaneous rotation when wind passes through the micro wind turbines. Additionally, photovoltaic (PV) panels are mounted on hinges above frame which already supports micro wind turbine, permitting them to open and close like window panels. On hot summer days, when the PV panels are closed, they harness sunlight to generate electricity, thus maximizing the use of both solar and wind energy. Refer
