Abstract: ABSTRACT “A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR GENERATING LIGHTWEIGHT MULTI-LEVEL ENCODING BASED SECURITY CODE” The present invention provides a system (100) for generating lightweight multi-level encoding based security comprising a database (104), a code generation unit (101) and a printer (102). The code generation unit (101) include a processor that is configured to generate a lightweight multi-level encoding based security code. The lightweight multi-level encoding based security code ensures full compatibility with existing systems for printing, scanning, and usage, allows for efficient data encoding while retaining the integrity of the original barcode format, provide an added layer of security, thereby protecting the data against tampering and involves encoding of data at multiple levels, which adds complexity and security to these codes.
