Abstract: Abstract An artificial intelligence-driven system for personalizing the environmental parameters of an enclosed lodging unit integrates a distributed sensing array, a digital actuation layer, and a hybrid edge-cloud machine learning engine. The distributed sensing array incorporates non-visual millimeter-wave radar modules and micro-environmental transducers to track presence, position, activity levels, and air quality without invading guest privacy. The artificial intelligence engine cross- references real-time sensor streams with historical preference data synchronized from hotel property management databases to build an adaptive user profile. The system predictively pre-conditions the room prior to guest arrival and adjusts multi-spectral lighting, variable-refrigerant HVAC units, and motorized window shades in real time during occupancy. A reinforcement learning loop utilizes manual user adjustments as corrective feedback to continuously update profile parameters. Concurrently, an energy optimization module mitigates power consumption by adjusting actuators within predefined comfort thresholds based on utility grid demand signals.
