Abstract: The invention discloses an AI-enabled autonomous agricultural robotic system designed for the automated detection, selective collection, and physical segregation of multi-species avian and bovine excrement in real time to facilitate sustainable organic fertilizer production. The robotic system uses an advanced multi-sensor fusion navigation network (RTK-GNSS, LiDAR, and IMU filtered via a UKF) to map and track pathways safely within live pasture environments. Utilising down-facing RGB-D cameras coupled with an edge-AI processor, the platform classifies livestock waste types based on volumetric density and visual attributes. An adaptive, dual- action extraction mechanism selectively vacuums or scrapes the material non-destructively relative to the underlying turf condition. The harvested material is then routed dynamically into distinct, airtight compaction chambers to isolate high-nitrogen inputs from carbon-dense fibrous materials, optimising raw materials for high- grade organic fertilizer processing.
