Abstract: The present invention relates to textile authentication, anti-counterfeiting systems, computer vision enabled verification devices, cryptographic product authentication and blockchain-based traceability. More particularly, the invention relates to a 10 hardware- software system for authenticating pure silk paithani sarees, including Paithani and other handloom silk sarees, by physically integrating a machinereadable mandala cipher and/or invisible ultraviolet pattern into the textile, extracting feature vectors through an IoT-enabled scanner, signing the extracted data using a secure element, and comparing the signed or hashed record with a 15 blockchain ledger. The invention further relates to raw material tokenization, geographic verification, production-yield control, proof- of-process recording, retailer co-signing and customer-facing verification. The invention provides a tamper-resistant bridge between physical handloom articles and their corresponding digital records while preserving the visual aesthetics of traditional saree designs.
