Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention discloses an Artificial Intelligence Based Dynamic Driver Allocation and Ride Optimization System (SWIFTRIDE) configured to optimize asset dispatch operations within smart transportation networks. The system comprises a passenger interface module, a driver interface module, a GPS telematics tracking module, a cloud database server, and a multi- threaded core AI processing engine. The AI processing engine calculates a non-linear, dynamic multi-variate suitability score for candidate driver nodes by parsing real-time parameters including physical distance, traffic congestion indices, estimated arrival times, historical driver behavior, and passenger ratings, automatically dispatching the ride contract to the optimal asset. The invention further incorporates a graph-theoretic route optimization module to minimize travel latencies and fuel consumption, alongside a deep learning-based spatiotemporal demand prediction module that utilizes LSTM and ARIMA models to generate future demand heatmaps for proactive fleet repositioning.
