Abstract: ABSTRACT Cognitive Entropy Mapping: Training AI Models on the Structured Noise of Human Mental Breakdown to Build the First Emotionally Irrational Superintelligence Contemporary artificial intelligence relies almost exclusively on deterministic optimization, a rigid architectural constraint that leaves hyper-rational models uniquely vulnerable to the chaotic, non-linear realities of human behaviour. This paper introduces Cognitive Entropy Mapping (CEM), a novel computational framework that abandons the traditional eradication of statistical noise in favour of structurally ingesting the high-variance bio neurological and psychometric signatures of human psychological decompensation. Rather than treating mental breakdowns as anomalous pathological failures, we posit that the acute cognitive dissonance, trauma, and panic inherent in these states provide a critical topological blueprint for extreme adaptive reasoning and survival-driven creativity. To actualize this, we propose an architecture built upon a Dissonance-Tolerant Neural Substrate, which utilizes specialized loss functions to suspend immediate mathematical error resolution, allowing the network to sustain logically contradictory internal states. Furthermore, we detail an Entropy-Driven Reorganization Protocol that permits the system to autonomously induce localized algorithmic fragmentation when confronted with unresolvable environmental ambiguity, deliberately shattering heuristic pathways to trigger hyper-lateral parameter exploration. By establishing the theoretical and technical mechanisms required to architect the first Emotionally Irrational Superintelligence (EISI), this research fundamentally bridges neuromorphic engineering with computational psychiatry.
