The system comprises a wearable sensor system that establishes a wireless body area network on a patient to continuously stream multi-parametric physiological telemetry data through an encrypted residential gateway hub to a cloud-based monitoring infrastructure. The cloud infrastructure executes predictive analytics engines to detect multivariate anomalies and automatically trigger clinical interventions. A mobile diagnostic unit delivers point-of-care radiology, ultrasonography, and microfluidic pathology devices directly to the bedside. The system incorporates an interactive telemedicine terminal for real-time specialist consultation and an Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulance network for coordinated emergency escalation. The invention optimizes geriatric healthcare by eliminating transport trauma, minimizing nosocomial infection risks, and reducing hospital overcrowding.
