MUMBAI, India, Nov. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202541039520 A) filed by Dr. Rajah Vijay Kumar on April 24, 2025, for “high G-Force And Electromagnetic Field Induced Conversion Of Egg Protein Into Amino Acids Without Egg Destruction And Apparatus Therfor”.

Inventors include Dr. Rajah Vijay Kumar; and Vishaka Vijay Kumar Pillai.

The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of converting proteins in a whole egg into 18 essential amino acids by applying High Gravitational Force 42G, an Electromagnetic Field and apparatus, therefor. The apparatus consist of a Gondola 14, a Motor 05 that swings to produce High G-Force and a ring magnet 11 placed at equidistance from the Gondola. There are six Gondolas arranged in a circular manner in the apparatus. When a whole egg is placed in the Gondolas and subjected to High G-Force by applying angular frequency of rotation, in about 3 to 5 minutes, the proteins in the egg will be converted to 18 essential amino acids within the eggshell without destruction to the eggs.
