Abstract: TITLE: “LIPOSOMAL ORAL DISINTEGRATING FILMS (ODF) – VITAMIN C, MAGNESIUM, GLUTATHIONE, AND COENZYME Q10 AND THE PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF” 7. ABSTRACT The present invention discloses a method and composition for preparing liposomal oral Disintegrating Films (ODF). More specifically, the composition comprises liposomal encapsulated Vitamin - C, Magnesium, Glutathione, or Coenzyme Q10 as active components along with pharmaceutically acceptable excipients. The method of preparation involves the formulation of slurry containing the liposomal actives and excipients. This liposomal suspension or slurry is then casted at process parameters of Dr. Knife thickness ranging from 500 to 1500 microns and dried at a temperature of 65 to 98°C. The dried casted film is subsequently slitted into required dimensions for achieving the final dose. This invention relates to liposomal oral Disintegrating Films (ODF) for delivering essential nutrients, including Vitamin - C, Magnesium, Glutathione, and Coenzyme Q10. The invention focuses on enhancing bioavailability, stability, and patient compliance by incorporating liposomal encapsulation in an oral Disintegrating film format. Fig. 1
