Abstract: ABSTRACT “MANAGING EVOLVED PACKET SYSTEM FALLBACK INACTIVITY TIMER FOR A CALL IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION NETWORK SYSTEM” Embodiments herein provide a managing Evolved Packet System fallback (EPSFB) inactivity timer for a call in a wireless communication network system. The method includes initiating the call on a plurality of UEs (102). The call triggers an EPSFB in the wireless communication network system. Further, the method includes receiving an information element (IE) from a plurality of UEs (102a-102f) connected to the network apparatus (501). Further, the method includes determining a prediction of at least one UE (102) from the plurality of UEs (102a-102f) that enters into the EPSFB mode for a voice call session continuity based on the IE received from plurality of UEs (102a-102f). Further, the method includes applying the EPSFB inactivity timer only for the at least one UE (102) that enters into EPSFB mode based on the prediction. The EPSFB inactivity timer ensure that voice bearers are established and the call continues without call drops. Fig. 7
