Abstract: The present 5 invention relates to a process for the preparation of an oral polyherbal formulation for promoting women’s health and overall wellbeing. The invention further provides a polyherbal oral composition comprising standardized extracts of Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root, Curcuma longa L. (Turmeric) rhizome, Ocimum sanctum L. (Tulsi) 10 leaf, Emblica officinalis Gaertn. (Amla) fruit, Asparagus racemosus Willd. (Shatavari) root, Cinnamomum zeylanicum Blume (Dalchini) bark, and pharmaceutically acceptable excipients. The inventive Hero formulation demonstrated a synergistic nitric oxide scavenging response, showing a distinct, non-linear enhancement between 15 20 and 50 µg/mL that exceeded the mean inhibition of individual herbal extracts. This concentration-dependent amplification indicates cooperative interactions among constituent phytochemicals and represents a key innovative feature of the formulation. The observed synergism at physiologically relevant concentrations provides a 20 mechanistic basis for its real-world efficacy, particularly in mitigating nitrosative stress and promoting stress resilience in humans. Collectively, these findings support the formulation’s potential to aid hormonal balance, immune function, metabolic regulation, and overall vitality in women.
