The application for the patent was published on July 24, 2026, under issue no. 30/2026.

Abstract: Abstract A wearable intelligent memory assistance system referred to as Memory Capture Glasses is disclosed. The system comprises smart eyewear housing an image- capture camera, a microphone array, an environmental and kinematic sensor cluster, a localized computational processor, and a wireless communication interface. The system continuously samples visual, auditory, and spatial telemetry from the user's immediate surroundings and deploys artificial intelligence models, automatic speech recognition, and natural language processing to identify meaningful episodic events, social interactions, and physical objects. An on-device scoring engine assigns significance metrics to filter routine activities from important events, dynamically generating a structured metadata index for secure storage within an encrypted searchable database. Stored memories are instantly accessible via a natural language query processor, which delivers contextual data overlays, historical summaries, and proactive reminders directly to the user through an integrated augmented reality lens display or a companion mobile application.
