Abstract: Abstract A multi-modal, real-time personal safety alert and intelligent emergency response system features a decoupled, three-tier architecture across a client mobile layer, a cloud backend processing layer, and a hybrid communication routing layer. The system operates a frontend safety application that monitors hardware sensors in a low-power background state to detect emergency trigger events via manual input, kinetic device manipulation, or hands-free acoustic keyword spotting. Upon activation, the application executes a multi-sensor protocol that captures precise live GPS coordinates and initializes ambient audio-visual recording for evidence acquisition. A connection-aware communication engine monitors network availability and dynamically toggles transmission between high-bandwidth IP cloud protocols and an offline SMS gateway signaling fallback path. The backend server processes incoming data packets and executes geographic queries to alert emergency contacts and map the user's continuous real-time location trajectory until a secure deactivation sequence is verified.
