The smart garment comprises an antimicrobial fabric matrix embedded with conductive thread channels that form an internal data and power bus connecting a distributed array of biometric and motion sensors. An onboard edge-computing microcontroller continuously analyzes biometric telemetry to calculate a dynamic user stress index score. When this stress score crosses a set safety threshold, the microcontroller triggers integrated actuators to deliver localized micro-interventions, including haptic breathing guidance, micro- pneumatic lumbar support, and phase-change thermal regulation. Concurrently, the garment incorporates an indoor ultra-wideband positioning badge and gesture- recognition sensors to passively log task completion milestones and service delivery latencies, transmitting all data to a cloud dashboard for automated workforce management.
