Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for '1-(([1, 1',-Biphenyl]-2-Yl)Sulfonyl)-4-Fluoro-N-(3-(Methylsulfonyl)Allyl)Piperidine-4-Carboxamide Derivatives As Ras-Pi3k Modulators For The Treatment Of E.G. Cancer' Filed by Vividion Therapeutics, Inc

MUMBAI, India, Sept. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517080770 A) filed by Vividion Therapeutics, Inc, San Diego, on Aug. 26, for '1-(([1, 1',-biphenyl]-2-yl)sulfonyl)-4-fluoro-n-(3-(methylsulfonyl)allyl)piperidine-4-carboxamide derivatives as ras-pi3k modulators for the treatment of e.g. cancer.'

Inventor(s) include Tamiya, Junko; Horning, Benjamin; Bedke, Karl; Berry, Cynthia; Pan, Chung-Mao; Ondozabal, Hideki Miyatake; and Cook, Brian.

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 12, under issue no. 37/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to compounds of formula (I) as RAS-PI3K modulators for use in methods of treatment of cancer, immunological disorders and wound healing. Preferred compounds are e.g. l-(([l,l'-biphenyl]-2-yl)sulfonyl)-4-fluoro-N-(3-(methylsulfonyl)allyl)piperidine-4-carboxamide derivatives."

The patent application was internationally filed on Feb. 27, 2024, under International application No.PCT/US2024/017497.
