MUMBAI, India, June 27 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202321087930 A) filed by Ganesh Deshmukh, Parbhani, Maharashtra, on Dec. 22, 2023, for 'a composition for curing cement concrete on bamboo for construction.'
Inventor(s) include Ganesh Deshmukh.
The application for the patent was published on June 27, under issue no. 26/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed is a composition for curing cement concrete on bamboo for construction. The composition comprises 10 grams of Bhokar leaves, 10% to 40% of Alumina, 5% to 15% of Silica, 10 grams of Ingudi leaves, 8% to 18% of Iron oxides, 1 litre of water, 5 % of preservative and 120 litres of water. The composition is prepared by a process: a. Grinding separately said ingredients to form powder; b. Mixing all the said powdered ingredients to form a powdered mixture; c. Adding and mixing 50 grams of said powdered mixture in 1 litre of water to form a liquid mixture; d. Boiling said liquid mixture at a temperature of 70-80 C; e. Cooling the boiled liquid mixture and adding preservatives to form liquid solution; and f. Adding 120 litres of water to liquid solution, to form the said liquid composition for curing cement concrete on bamboo for construction."
