The composition is formulated as a homogeneous topical serum configured for overnight dermal application. Botanical extracts provide antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, depigmenting, and anti-aging benefits, while aloe vera gel, rose water, and glycerin provide hydration, soothing, and dermal conditioning effects. The serum exhibits dermally compatible pH, rapid absorption, good spreadability, and physicochemical stability without phase separation or irritation. The formulation provides multifunctional skincare benefits including skin brightening, hydration, anti-aging, and rejuvenation while reducing dependency on synthetic cosmetic ingredients. The invention thereby provides a stable and effective herbal cosmeceutical serum for topical skincare applications."
