According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A composition (100) of an oral liquid multivitamin formulation and a method (200) thereof is disclosed. The formulation comprises Vitamin D3 (105 g), Vitamin B12 (16 g), Vitamin C (560 mg), B-complex vitamins, L-methyl folate (2.1 mg), biotin (280 g), pantothenic acid (35 mg), selenium (in a range of 50 g to 200 g), trace minerals including copper, manganese, chromium, iodine, and iron, Omega-3 fatty acid in range of 1000mg to 2000mg and a plurality of fat and water soluble antioxidants. The composition includes at least one of a nutraceutical or a pharmaceutically acceptable oil phase with medium-chain triglycerides and emulsifying agents, and an aqueous phase with purified water, solubilizers, stabilizers, flavors, sweeteners, preservatives. The method involves preparing oil and aqueous phases, emulsifying under controlled shear, subjecting to high-energy emulsification to form a micro- or nano-emulsion, stabilizing against oxidative and photodegradation, and filling into 5 mL single-dose containers for once-weekly administration."
