MUMBAI, India, Aug. 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441013892 A) filed by Versuni Holding B. V., Eindhoven, Netherlands, on Feb. 27, 2024, for 'a connector unit for a valve of a gas stove.'

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 29, under issue no. 35/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Present disclosure relates to a connector unit for a valve of a gas stove. The connector unit includes 10 a body defined with a connecting portion, defined with a first passage, and a receiving portion extending away from the connecting portion. Further the connector unit includes a nozzle member which is disposed in the receiving portion, and is rotatable about an axis A-A and linearly displaceable relative to the body and defined with a second passage, adjoining the first passage to define a gas flow path. The configuration of the connector unit aids in utilizing the same connector 15 unit for connecting a mixing tube with a burner, irrespective of position of the burner. Further the configuration aids in always maintaining concentric connection with the mixing tube, thereby aiding in creating uniform pressure drop near openings of the mixing tube, resulting effective mixing of air and gas, thus improving efficiency of gas stove."
