MUMBAI, India, Aug. 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202421013579 A) filed by Panasonic Life Solutions India Private Limited, Thane, Maharashtra, on Feb. 25, 2024, for 'a fan regulator.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "In an embodiment of a present invention, a fan regulator is disclosed. The fan regulator (100) comprises a housing (102), a cover (104) and a PCB block 5 (202). The housing (102) is a hollow cuboidal structure with one open side. The housing (102) comprises a pair of protrusions (103). The cover (104) comprises a base (105), a pair of rectangular plates (208-1,208-2) and a pair of hooks (206-1,206-2). The pair of rectangular plates (208-1,208-2) comprise a rectangular opening (107). The PCB block (202) comprises a PCB plate 10 (203) and a rotary switch (210). The rotary switch (210) comprises a pair of grooves (211-1,211-2) on an outer surface. During assembly, the cover (104) is snap fitted with the housing (102) using the pair of protrusions (103) and the rectangular openings (107) on the pair of rectangular plates (208-1,208- 2)."
