MUMBAI, India, July 25 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517034243 A) filed by Cmol Pharmaceuticals Australia Pty Ltd., Willoughby, Australia, on April 8, for 'a herbal medicine composition and methods of using same.'
Inventor(s) include Chow Ping Kwan.
The application for the patent was published on July 25, under issue no. 30/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention relates to a herbal medicine composition for treating vertigo and/or dizziness comprising: Alisma orientale rhizome; Atractylodes macrocephala root; Citri reticulatae pericarpium; Citri reticulatae viride pericarpium; and Folium nelumbinis. The vertigo and/or dizziness of present interest should be understood to mean vertigo and/or dizziness arising as a result of water or dampness of the stomach. The invention also relates to treating such vertigo and/or dizziness by administering the herbal medicine composition to a patient in need thereof."
