MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441023327 A) filed by Hinustan Aeronautics Limited, Bangalore, Karnataka, on March 25, 2024, for 'a method for fuel system performance optimization during complete power supply failure of aircraft.'
Inventor(s) include Tapan Kumar.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention discloses a real time method for an aircraft fuel system performance optimization, in case of complete-power failure, the survivability of an aircraft is improved in an emergency condition, by optimizing a battery is mounted on aircraft'fof DGH system having batteryZ [304] which is compact and low rating dedicated for DGH system; wherein said method comprising 'of an electrical interconnect called as aircraft fuel system performance optimizer [200]."
