The application for the patent was published on Oct. 31, under issue no. 44/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a mobile phone pop-up with a rain cover model and stand, comprising a plastic cover with hard plastic material at the top and bottom, alongside an interior plastic cover for enhanced water protection. The pop-up sticker is designed to expand and shield the phone during rainfall, with magnets positioned on its sides to secure the cover firmly in place. Unlike conventional methods such as cases or pouches, which often necessitate manual intervention and impede phone access, this solution offers swift deployment and unhindered access to the screen while ensuring effective protection against water infiltration. The utilization of magnets guarantees a snug fit, thereby preventing water seepage."
