Inventor(s) include Dr. P. Santhosh Kumar; Rudrezh K; Jaiganesh V; and Hemanth Kumar R.
The application for the patent was published on May 1, under issue no. 18/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An artificial intelligence-based behavioral analysis system for assessing emotional consistency in interviews is the subject of the current invention. The revealed system calculates candidates' temporal emotion drift during AI-driven interviews by combining speech-based emotion recognition and facial expression analysis. The system records synchronized audio and video streams, uses deep learning models to extract emotional features, combines multimodal emotion predictions, and produces a structured emotional assessment report that includes temporal emotion segmentation, dominant emotion, drift percentage, stress index, and engagement score. By offering measurable emotional stability metrics, the invention lowers bias in interview assessment and permits objective behavioral evaluation."
