Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'A Non-Aqueous Suspension Of Spironolactone Which Is Ready To Use Topically And Systemically' Filed by Pawan Shrimal

MUMBAI, India, March 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521080937 A) filed by Pawan Shrimal, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, on Aug. 26, 2025, for 'a non-aqueous suspension of spironolactone which is ready to use topically and systemically.'

Inventor(s) include Vinay Shankar Tripathi; Shwetank Shrimal; and Akshay Nikhil Patel.

The application for the patent was published on March 13, under issue no. 11/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed are non-aqueous suspension of pharmaceutical drug products with Spironolactone as the active pharmaceutical ingredient with acceptable onset of action, duration of action and AUC.
