Abstract: A NON-INVASIVE RESPIRATORY APPARATUS ABSTRACT A portable emergency ventilator device (100) that includes housing (102) structured as three-layer assembly, that includes bottom layer (108) defining at least one enclosed compartment (128) configured for storage of medical supplies, middle layer (106), that further includes resuscitation bag mounting assembly, pair of high-torque servo motors (122) arranged symmetrically on opposing sides of resuscitation bag and operably coupled to linear actuator (124), top layer (104) having embedded control unit (110) and patient monitoring unit (112), dual power supply system (130) that includes primary alternating current input circuit and onboard rechargeable battery coupled thereto through automatic switching circuit (136), and dedicated independent battery supply (138) electrically decoupled from dual power supply system (130) and connected to patient monitoring unit (112), whereby patient monitoring unit (112) remains continuously operational irrespective of operational state of status of dual power supply system (130).
