The floatation device makes the sample preparation easy and in a hygienic way with less time and more accuracy. The device comprises two detachable cylinders with a crusher head (101) attached through the cap insert to the first cylinder (104), having a middle passage (108), pore (109) upon which a sieve (107) is placed to allow the flotation liquid to pass to the second cylinder (114) having a cover slip stage (111) and secured tightly by second screw to collect the flotation fluid from the first cylinder (106) through differential pressure in both the cylinders. The cover slip placed on the cover slip stage (111) upon which the parasitic eggs are collected is then examined using microscopic techniques."
