MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441021554 A) filed by Tvs Motor Company Limited, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, on March 21, 2024, for 'a structure for a vehicle.'
Inventor(s) include Padmasubash Sivagaminathan; Chinnasamy Govindhan; Dhoddannan Rajashanmugam; and Datta Rajaram Sagare.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure provides a structure (200) for a vehicle (100). The vehicle (100) is divided into front and rear portions by a central axis YY'. The front portion comprises of a handlebar assembly (102), one or more front wheels (106), a seat assembly (104), and an illumination unit (108), and the 5 structure (200). The structure (200) comprises one or more first portions (202) intended for mounting electrical components (216) and one or more second portions (204) for affixing the structure onto frame portions. The first portion (202)and the second portion (204) integrally forms the structure (200),facilitating the mounting of electrical components (216) within a predefined 10 region of the vehicle (100). This region, situated between the front wheel (106), below the handlebar assembly (102), and in front of the seat assembly (104), accommodates the placement of electrical components (216) in this predefined region."
