According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention relates to an AI-enabled smart eco-friendly produce preservation cart in the technical field of refrigerated food storage, comprising a cart chassis with compartmentalized storage modules (20) forming insulated enclosures (21) lined with phase-change insulation material (23), a multi-modal sensor assembly (10) monitoring temperature (11), relative humidity (12), ethylene concentration (13) and surface moisture (14), an intelligent climate-control subsystem (30) with thermoelectric Peltier modules (31), variable-speed DC fans (32), ultrasonic humidifiers (33) and electronically actuated dampers (34), and a computer-vision quality-monitoring system (40) with high-resolution RGB/HSV cameras (41) and LED illumination strips (42). A central AI processing and control cabinet (50) housing an embedded computing unit (51) interfaces via I/O module (52) and executes a data-fusion engine for remaining useful life prediction, an embedded machine-learning framework for closed-loop control, an AI-driven inventory-rotation module (81) for first-expire-first-out scheduling, an energy-optimization module (61-64) with photovoltaic array, battery pack and power controllers, and a communication and alert interface (70) dispatching MQTT/RESTful notifications, performing anomaly detection and online incremental learning."
