The system (100) comprises an interface module (102) for receiving learner registration data, a learner categorization module (104) employing clustering techniques such as k-means to classify learners by learning style scores and interaction metrics, and a content generator module (106) that produces multimedia content in text, image, audio, and video formats. The content generator module (106) assigns metadata labels based on subject relevance, content granularity, and complexity, while a monitoring module (108) captures real-time engagement data. An assessment module (110) administers adaptive evaluations using psychometric methods, and a database module stores and updates learner profiles and performance data, enabling a continuous, feedback-driven cycle for content personalization and optimization."
