An impact resolution engine (110) is configured to identify dependencies and determine propagation across program elements. A semantic impact graph generator (112) generates a structured representation of impacted elements, and an impact visualization module (114) enables representation of analysis results. The system provides deterministic evaluation of relationships across program elements using a logic-based framework."
