The application for the patent was published on Jan. 23, under issue no. 04/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a system and method for analyzing and managing workforce wellbeing using AI. A data acquisition component passively captures multi-modal signals via a video-capture unit, audio-capture unit, digital activity tracker, and optional wearable sensor interface. The raw data is processed by a signal processing and pre-processing module to eliminate noise and normalize inputs, which are then fused within a multimodal fusion and emotion analysis engine to generate an integrated emotional state profile. A wellbeing risk mapping and trend analysis module computes risk scores that are translated via a recommendation and intervention engine into actionable insights delivered through an employee application and a manager dashboard. A privacy and data management unit ensures secure handling of sensitive data throughout the process."
