The external government system interface(110) which is connected to the cloud computing device(104) is configured to establish secure API-based communication with identity systems, land registries, judicial databases, and payment networks. The portable computing device(112) which is connected to the cloud computing device(104) is used by the authorized stakeholders to access property status, approvals, and settlement outcomes. The systems(100) implements a blockchain-governed trust layer which cryptographically attests to the provenance, integrity, and temporal validity of geospatial evidence, legal status data, and regulatory compliance outcomes, thereby transitioning urban property records from presumptive entries to conclusive, state-verifiable digital assets."
