The wearable device is operatively connected with a geo-fencing unit (15), and the geo-fencing unit (15) is executed by the control unit (14) to compare the real-time geographical coordinates of the animal with one or more predefined danger zones. The control unit (14) is configured to detect the entry of the animal in to the predefined danger zone based on the real-time geographical coordinates of the animal from the geo-fencing unit (15), and the wearable device (10) is configured to generate an alert signal and transmit the alert signal to the warning unit (20) and the notification unit (30)."
