MUMBAI, India, May 30 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202321079914 A) filed by Hyundai Mobis Co. Ltd., Seoul, Republic of Korea, on Nov. 24, 2023, for 'a thermal management system for a hud assembly of a vehicle.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure relates to a thermal management system(100) for a HUD assembly(10) of a vehicle. The thermal management system(100) for a heads-up display (HUD) comprises at least one temperature sensing unit(20) configured to be in communication with each components of the HUD assembly(10) to sense real-time temperature and further configured to generate a temperature signal for each of said components of the set, a heat ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) module(40) configured to circulate air; and a control module(30) configured to receive the temperature signal and is further configured to actuate the HVAC module(40) if the temperature signal data exceeds a predefined threshold temperature value, thereby dissipating the accumulated heat of said component of the set in an operative configuration of the system. Advantageously, the system(100) prevents the overheating of the component and ensure optimal operation."
