MUMBAI, India, June 27 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202041037309 A) filed by Dr. Manoj Kumar Mishra, Karaikal, Pondicherry, on Aug. 29, 2020, for 'a three layer protection bullet proof jacket.'
