MUMBAI, India, Nov. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441037202 A) filed by TVS Motor Company Limited, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, on May 10, 2024, for 'a vehicle.'

Inventor(s) include Chinnasamy Govindan; Lavanya Venkatesh; Shailesh Kumar; Dhoddannan Rajashanmugam; Sivaram Srinivasan; and Datta Rajaram Sagare.

The control unit (110) is communicatively connected to at least one of one or more energy storage units (108), a transmission unit (112) and one or more electrical components disposed in the vehicle (100). The pre-defined region of disposition of the control unit (110) ensures adequate protection be accorded to the control unit (110) against external impacts and ensures optimum length of one or more connectors connecting the control unit (110) to at least one of one or more energy storage units (108), a transmission unit (112) and one or more electrical components."
