MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202421021168 A) filed by Panasonic Life Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., Thane, Maharashtra, on March 20, 2024, for 'a water feeder.'

Inventor(s) include Shravan Yadav; Nirvikar Sharma; and Amith Shetty.

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention is related to a water feeder (100). The water feeder (100) comprises a water tank (106), a condenser (108), a water level sensor 5 (202) and control unit (105). The condenser (108) comprises a metal part (204) and cooling unit (109). The metal plate (204) is disposed on the top of the water tank (106) and the cooling unit (109) is coupled to the metal plate (204). The cooling unit (109) is configured to cool the metal plate (204). The water level sensor (202) is configured to check the level of the water in the 10 tank. The water feeder (100) further comprises a control unit (105). The control unit (105) is connected to the condenser (108) and the water level sensor (202). The control unit (105) is configured to selectively activate or deactivate the condenser (108) based on a monitored water level, thereby maintaining a water level in the water tank (106)."
