MUMBAI, India, May 1 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641050461 A) filed by Srm Institute Of Science And Technology; Mr. Tanish Narsing Mishra; Mr. Pulastya Raj Chakraborty; Mr. Yatharth Soni; and Mrs. Chandrakala S, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, on April 21, for 'adaptive reinforcement-learning driven neuro-semantic processing device for real-time multilingual text stream topic detection and clustering.'
Inventor(s) include Mr. Tanish Narsing Mishra; Mr. Pulastya Raj Chakraborty; Mr. Yatharth Soni; and Mrs. Chandrakala S..
The application for the patent was published on May 1, under issue no. 18/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The Adaptive Reinforcement-Learning Driven Neuro-Semantic Processing Device demonstrates multi-layered capabilities in the frontier of self-automasal processing technology. This device applies multi-level neural-symbolic engineering along with multiple form os dynamic feedback mechanisms for accurate identification and clustering of themes in non-stop continuous text streams in multiple languages. Most devices fail in model adaptability, but this device applies a multi-system form of reinforcement learning mechanisms so the device further crystallizes it's meaning of processing and spatial understanding on-the-fly while coupling and absorbing new lexicons, diverse levels of languages, and associated paradigms without the need of external human alteration. The device allows a non-mechanical format for seamless evolution and transformation from mere data into a high-level cognizant meaning system. The meaning of transcendent multi-level languages is determined and derived without regard for the language dialect from which the meaning derives. is The multi-layered high-level hardware systems allow fast and efficient high-velocity calculations such as vector and diagram transformations and logical clustering. The multi-layered visual representation systems allow data presentation, processing, and retention for the user at an informal and formal, non-tailored, and analytically framed boundary and spectrum of the system. The system allows a non-mechanical form of classified intelligence for booming geopolitical analysis, crisis analysis, and megamarkets analysis. The device combines and enhances new technologies to allow fast and seamlessly proven transformation of data from limitless and unmanageable streams into freely and adaptable selectable structured and classified knowledge."
