According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An adjustable handle installation device for plastic bags comprises a body 1 having a multi sectioned chamber 2 for storing with different sizes of plastic bags, a motorized vertical sliding unit 3 integrated with a motorized gripper 4 to grip over one of the bags for dispensing, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 5 to determine location of dispensed bag, a pair of robotic arms 6 for placing the dispensed bag on a platform 7, an ultrasonic sensor for determining the dimensions of the bag, a telescopically operated L-shaped rod 8 for positioning an expandable elliptical shaped ring 9 over the bag, a heating unit 10 for heating the ring in accordance to a temperature sensor, and a container 11 for storing the bags fixed with handle."
