MUMBAI, India, Oct. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411024036 A) filed by Sanskriti University, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, on March 26, 2024, for 'adjustable safeguarding assistive device for dual axle vehicles.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An adjustable safeguarding assistive device for dual axle vehicles comprises of, a frame 1 having a pair of plates 2 assembled in opposite directions, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 3 installed in the frame 1 to determine distance of the tires and the plates 2, a motorized pivot joint embedded on the frame 1 and arranged with a pair of rods 4 for adjusting angle of the rods 4, an ultrasonic sensor mapped on the frame 1 to determine edges of the tire, a dust sensor mapped on each of the plates 2 to determine deposition of dust on the tires, a strain gauge sensor is mapped on the frame 1 for determining intensity of strain applied on the frame 1 and a speaker 5 mounted on the frame 1 for notifying nearby individuals regarding the unauthorized access."
