Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Aerated Confectionery' Filed by Societe Des Produits Nestle S. A.

MUMBAI, India, Sept. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517073036 A) filed by Societe Des Produits Nestle S. A., Vevey, Switzerland, on July 31, for 'aerated confectionery.'

Inventor(s) include Lazidis, Aristodimos; and Crossland, Erin Elizabeth.

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 12, under issue no. 37/2025.
