Inventor(s) include Kul Bhushan Anand.
The application for the patent was published on Aug. 29, under issue no. 35/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An aerodynamic-based drag regulation system for four-wheelers comprising a frame 1, mounted on rear portion of a four-wheeler, multiple suction cups 4 for affixing frame 1 on rear portion, a pair of telescopically operated rods 5 portion for maintaining an upright orientation of frame 1 on rear portion, a plate 6 assembled on frame 1 tilted by a pair of motorized hinge joints 7, a speedometer of four-wheeler for monitoring real-time speed of four-wheeler and microcontroller evaluates a drag required by four-wheeler in particular direction to continue smooth driving of four-wheeler and an anemometer 8 monitoring real-time velocity of air in surrounding of four-wheeler for actuating hinge joint 7 for to tilt plate 6 in an appropriate direction for allowing flow of air towards four-wheeler in evaluated direction in order to increase/decrease drag experienced by four-wheeler in order to continue with smooth driving of four-wheeler."
