MUMBAI, India, May 1 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611025899 A) filed by CT University, Ludhiana, Punjab, on March 5, for 'ai-driven personalized gemstone recommendation system based on horoscope, planetary strength, and energy resonance.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Ankita; Preet Kaur; and Ramandeep Kaur.
The application for the patent was published on May 1, under issue no. 18/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An AI-based system for determining gemstone type and optimized gemstone size is disclosed. The system comprises an Astrological Data Input Module (101) for receiving horoscope parameters including planetary placements, dashas, doshas, and shadbala values; a Planetary Parameter Extraction Engine (102) for generating quantified planetary strength scores; a Planetary Affliction Severity Index Calculator (103) for computing severity values using weighted planetary weakness and house impact; a Gemstone Selection and Compatibility Engine (104) for mapping severity indices to gemstones with contraindication logic; a Gemstone Size Determination Engine (105) for calculating precise carat weight using resonance and physiological scaling; a Resonance and Risk Evaluation Module (106) for generating resonance strength and adverse reaction probability; and a Dynamic Adjustment and Recommendation Output Interface (107) for adaptive recalculation upon planetary period change. The system converts horoscope attributes into algorithmically optimized gemstone recommendations."
