The system comprises first computing device configured to receive syllabus data and examination data from first user and transmit the data to cloud server over network. Cloud server executes educational course content generation module to preprocess the syllabus data and examination data, extract syllabus topics and subtopics, and analyze examination questions by mapping the questions to corresponding syllabus topics. System generates answers using artificial intelligence-based natural language generation models, associates generated answers with learning resources, and organizes the content into topic-wise structured educational course. Second computing device enables second user to review, edit, validate, and approve generated course content. Upon approval, cloud server deploys the educational course content and enables access to approved course content for the first user."
