MUMBAI, India, Nov. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517066538 A) filed by Almac Discovery Limited, Craigavon, U.K., on July 11, for 'alpp-specific variant antigen binding molecules.'

Inventor(s) include Cotton, Graham John; Trumper, Paul Richard; Mclean, Estelle; Wappett, Mark; and Cranston, Aaron.

The application for the patent was published on Nov. 14, under issue no. 46/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to alkaline phosphatase, placental type (ALPP) and/or alkaline phosphatase, germ cell type (ALPPL2) specific antigen binding molecules and associated fusion proteins and conjugates and methods of producing the same. In a further aspect, the present invention relates to conjugated single domain antibodies (VHH domains)."
