MUMBAI, India, July 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202311088219 A) filed by Lg Electronics Inc., Seoul, Republic of Korea, on Dec. 22, 2023, for 'an air circulation assembly for a microwave oven.'
Inventor(s) include Sharma Yogesh; and Singh Navtej.
The application for the patent was published on July 4, under issue no. 27/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "[0023] An air circulation assembly (200) for a microwave oven (100) is provided. The assembly (200) includes a heater (202) provided in a convection chamber (104) to provide heat, a fan (204) to blow air from the convection chamber (104) into a cavity (102) and a shroud (206) covering the heater (202) and the fan (204). Further, the fan (204) blows air over the heater (202) into the cavity (102) and the shroud (206) directs the hot air from the fan (204) in the convection chamber (104) into the cavity (102) and facilitates in faster and even heating of the cavity (102)."
