MUMBAI, India, Sept. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202421016396 A) filed by Higgsfleet Innovations Private Limited, Pune, Maharashtra, on March 7, 2024, for 'an apparatus for manufacturing coils.'
Inventor(s) include Nandan Ravindra Gite; and Amar Ravindra Gite.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 12, under issue no. 37/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An apparatus (100) for manufacturing coils may comprise a platform (102); a first blade (104) and parallel second blade (106) assembled atop the platform; a block mount (108) engaged between the blades on the platform; a sliding mechanism (110) to slide at least one of the blades (104, 106) or mount (108); a metal block (112) clamped on the mount (108), wherein the mount has a mechanism (114) to vertically elevate the block; wherein through the sliding mechanism (110) the first blade (104) may introduce first partial cuts (116) in the block (112) from a first side (112a), and the cuts may be parallel at controlled elevations per the mechanism (114); the sliding mechanism (110) may enable the second blade (106) to introduce second partial cuts (118) from a second side (112b) of the block, whereby each second cut connects adjacent first cuts, forming coil turns (122)."
